Traveling for Gloomy Girl has been tiring and hard #chronicillness #fibromyalgia. But is an experience I wouldn't trade for anything. Talking with young writers of color, Nigerians, disabled folks, other immigrants and having them call me inspiring is like 😱. I'm so fortunate to be able to do this and I'm looking forward to connecting with all of my writer friends and soon to be friends at AWP! Stop by my events for a hug 🫂.
